NJ code S2760, enacted in January of 2024, required that your condominium capital reserve study report be completed by January 2025 and your Structural Integrity Inspection be completed by January 2026.

Comprehensive Inspections
Our Condominium Reserve Studies and Structural Integrity Inspections cover all common elements from the foundation to the roof. We'll identify any potential issues with the building's common elements and provide estimates for addressing them. The reserve study will include anticipated costs for repair or replacement of capital assets of a common interest that the association is obligated to maintain.
It is anticipated that insurance companies and mortgage companies will continue to request copies of the mandated Condominium Capital Reserve Study reports and Structural Integrity Inspection reports prior to issuing insurance policies and issuing mortgages.
